Building a Business
Teams will be given a budget and an idea for a business in this teambuilding exercise. They will create this business on-site, create a business plan, and test their business. The team that generates the most profit will win.

Clean Air Car Race
In this teambuilding workshop, members will design, build, test and then race a custom car. This car will be built on a wheeled chassis provided for each team. One passenger will pilot the car and each team will receive a box of identical materials from which to select. Teams will decorate their car with company logos and colorful stickers. Teams will also create the race track complete with obstacles. Teams can switch drivers when they make a pit stop for any repairs. The winner will be the team that can create the car that is the fastest on the race track.

Team members will learn more about how to work together to achieve results, increase confidence as a team and more about their co-workers.

Demolition Derby
Teams will design, build and test a Remote Controlled car that they will compete in a demolition derby.

Home Building Contest
In this teambuilding activity, each team will create a blueprint for a portion of a house. When all the teams have completed their portion, the entire group will come together to create one large house with each team being given the identical set of supplies. Materials may include foam core, plastic, and LOTS of duct tape.

Horse Race
Teams create their horse costumes, name their horse and build a horse racing course. Categories for competition may include the fastest, most creative and most colorful horse!

Island Survivor
In this teambuilding exercise, each team explores the possible scenario of being stranded on a deserted island. They have the task of creating a shelter, finding a food supply and in general, making the best of a bad situation. They will need to make hats, clothes, and other things out of just the materials that each team has found washed up on the shores. Each team will be judged on their creativity, teamwork, best use of company product and logo, rescue plan and durability of shelter. They will be rescued at the end of the production and rewarded with dinner. Team members will learn to draw upon hidden resources, work together in a survival mode and share in a great experience!

Mountain Climbing (small scale)
Teams will create and build small versions of mountains and then have the goal of getting a toy climb up and back under various means of power.

The Great Wall of Art
To find the "artist" that resides somewhere in each of us, this teambuilding activity is for very creative teams. Each team will receive a portion of a canvas, in this case made of foam-core that they will decorate and place as part of a larger canvas. The team will be creating a large wall of modern art. You can display this new creation in the lobby or take it on "tour."

Toy Making Workshop
Teams design, create and build a custom stuffed toy in this teambuilding exercise. This toy will be designed to represent the company spirit or product. Team members can choose from materials ranging from stuffing, felt, feathers, bells, buttons, felt, ribbon, hats, and more! Teams will then display their new toy and explain to the group why they chose that design. Team members will learn to work together in a creative environment and rediscover the child within.
