Teams create and design ads for newspapers, magazines, radio and TV, then present them to other teams. This activity is very powerful and has beneficial long-term results. It allows participants to look at their company from a different perspective; i.e., the client or customer. As one participant noted, "I had no idea who our clients really were. Nor did I understand fully what my co-workers did." What are the values of the company? What are we really all about? How can we communicate our message to the public? These are a few questions participants process with each other to complete their project.

Corporate Greeting Cards
Teams design and create a line of all-occasion greeting cards reflecting their organization. The cards can be about products, goals, themes, messages, services, etc. Cards can include Birthday, Company Events, Thank You, Holidays, Get Well, Congratulations, etc. Suggested size for groups is approximately 5-8 people.

Team Building a new Web Site
Participants will design, create and build their own website. No computer skills neccessary, teams will draw pages and plan the overall concept. This new teambuilding activitiy is great for the digital age and team members will gain an appreciation of the job of a webmaster.
